🌾 Definition Caption Text 🌾

Caption Text is a short text consist of additional information which available in the pictures/photos. 

Usually it’s located below the picture itself.

Caption text used to give further information related to a picture or simply just to decorate it to look better.

 The Caption Text is not in language to be informative, captions are written in simple present tense and sentences that are simple and easy to reach. 

🌟 There are some types of caption text, here are some of them: 🌟

1. Cutline

This caption text mentions about who are the subjects in the picture or photos and what activity they do.

2. Identification Bar

The caption text only mentions about subject in the picture

3. Summary

Full explanation about subject, activity, time detail, location detail and why it’s happened.

4. Expanded

Longer version of summary caption. This also include how the event occurred.

5. Quote

Consist of someone’s word which has been quoted related to the picture or photos.

6. Group Identification

Used to identify when subjects are more than one.

🎠 Characteristic of Caption Text 🎠

Could be found above, below or beside a picture or photo.

Giving information about what is the picture or photo about.

Majority of caption text are short.

📝 Rule of Writing a Caption Text ? 📝

1. Supply specific information 

(Answering 5W1H Question)

2. User present tense on the first sentence

3. Caption are written in a complete sentences

4. Clearly identify the people and location in the photo

5. Identify the person from left to right

📌 How to a Write Caption Text ? 📌

Observe the picture or video you will give the caption

Find out the message that will be sent from the picture before you write caption

Write sentence or phrase under the picture

🌻 Characteristics of Caption Text 🌻

that are rarely known by people. Among them are: 

A. Short text 

B. Free to use any tenses 

C. Does not explain the image that is clearly visible 

D. Unnamed unless required 

E. Can contain motivation, gossip, advice and others

Helping readers or viewers to understand more information that might not be in photos or videos.

💫 Caption Text Social Function 💫

Caption Text have a social function, namely to provide basic information about an object. 

Even though it's short, you can't write captions. It takes language that is interesting but still informative so that what is in the picture can be conveyed properly. 

🐣 Caption Text Structure 🐣

The Opening ( Opener )

 is usually an image written in a larger size to attract the attention of the reader. 

Content

contains concise information to explain the image. 

The Closing Section 

is usually additional information that has not been conveyed in the content.

Don't be afraid for the future, face it and fight for it 

Everyone certainly has hope to have a beautiful future. However, this hope cannot be obtained without effort and struggle. What will happen in the future certainly does not escape from what is happening today. 

Don't be afraid to face the future because we have to face and fight to get a beautiful future. If you want to achieve the future according to your expectations, you must make careful planning from an early age. Because, realizing the future must go through a long process and not easy. 

And one of the ways to achieve that is by looking to the future, always being optimistic, trying and being enthusiastic so that we can do well.
